Examination of Ureaplasma urealyticum and Mycoplasma hominis in 4082 Chinese patients

The objective of this study was to analyze the infection rate and drug resistance Ureaplasma urealyticum (UU) Mycoplasma hominis (MH) in genitourinary tract Chinese patients. From December 2018 June 2019, vaginal secretion or urinary outpatients our hospital were selected for culture sensitivity analysis hominis. In 4082 samples, 1567 detected, a detection 38.39%, among which 1366 cases UU single positive, accounting 33.47%, 15 MH 0.36%, 186 mixed 4.56%. most affected age groups 21-30 years 31-40 years, 19.09 15.05%, respectively. results showed that doxycycline, minocycline, josamycin, clarithromycin, roxithromycin more sensitive mycoplasma infection. distribution human system their antibiotics is different sex groups.
